We began working with Dylan in 2024 to help rebuild trust and order in our household following tragic circumstances which led to a life-threatening incident involving myself and 2 of our dogs. From our very first phone call, Dylan demonstrated a superior level of understanding of canine behaviour and instantly had my confidence. We worked with him over the months that followed to implement a new training regime to restore order for the dogs, and confidence for the humans (he may have helped the humans more than the dogs in the end!). I have since referred Dylan to others I know and, in all instances, he has demonstrated a unique ability to identify areas for improvement as well as calmly help owners assume the active role of accountability that is required to manage their dogs behaviour on a daily basis. I had left my GSD with Dylan for 2 weeks. She has a bit of training with us and was great. We had our newborn baby and we weren't able to keep uo with the training she needed. We sent her with Dylan and when we got her back she was incredible. Able to sit, down, crate, potty, heel, all with release commands as well. She can walk off leash comfortably and recalls immediately. Could not have asked for a better experience with Dylan. So happy with my GSD.
